The grapes were harvested at optimum ripeness during the first week of September, and gently fermented in stainless steel to preserve the elegance and longevity of the fruit. Description A Pinot Grigio of great elegance, with good fruit and excellent acidity. It has notes of melon and ripe tropical fruit on the nose and a crisp, fresh finish.
