| This wine is produced from a blend of the native Grillo and indigenous Chardonnay grapes grown in vineyards close to the Mediterranean sea to the west of Sicily. The grapes for the 2004 vintage were hand picked in September and the Chardonnay was matured in oak for four months before blending. |
